In the past I used to be really obsessed with Magic: The Gathering but haven't played it in ages. I guess I'm too old for that shit and the commercial side got on my nerves. They are just never going to stop making new editions and I don't have the money to keep buying new cards (or time to trade) to stay competitive in T2 tournaments.
The other obsession was (and still kind of is) world war II aviation and aviation in general. One reason is my dad who is a sports pilot and the other one is basically a book "The Big Show" written by a WW2 RAF fighter pilot Pierre Clostermann. I'm still dreaming of flying a Spitfire one day.
My latest two hobbies are karate and scuba diving. I returned to karate in Fall last year and got my scuba diving certificate in May 2005. Today I already have 19 dives most of which are deeper than 20 meters :) My deepest dive to date is 37 meters.
And the last thing that comes to mind are Lotus cars. I've been obsessed with them since childhood :)
Well that's about it.. used to collect stamps and pins but I was never too serious of a collector.
My other hobbies include collecting old games and computers, reading (mostly sci-fi), Star Trek, mythology, writing, amateur photography etc.
Ofcourse that's not all I like to do in life but I guess these are the main things ;)

So long as the price does not give you a fright!!
I was like you 1n 1992, T'was 1995 when my dream came true. So dont give up hope, start saving today, come over to the U.K. Keep in touch with one who has flown, sat there no longer just wishing........ all alone PJB.
