Enemy Territory for noobs

How to recognise a noob-friendly ET server:
- it's "Fuel dump" only
- has XP save forever
- friendly-fire is disabled
- decreased light-weapons and landmines damage
- landmines can't be detonated with hand grenades
- CovertOps doesn't lose his disguise unless he dies (?!)

-20 on 20 lineups
-people calling you a cheater if you kill more than one person per hour
-every nick is colored white and only white
-4 star ranking is enabled
